A true Problem Solver Extraordinaire, Kacey consistently brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table, always focusing on working “smarter, not harder.” Her meticulous attention to detail ensures everything is done to perfection. Whether she's decorating Christmas trees (her favorite holiday tradition) or designing magazine-worthy gardens, Kacey thrives on taking on any challenge. She fell in love with both Aspen and her husband 13 years ago, and she takes full advantage of the area's over 300 days of sunshine each year.

Danielle Nussmeier
Managing Partner
Living by the mantra "there is always a solution", Danielle specializes in making the impossible the possible. After 16 years managing luxury estates and Homeowner Associations in Aspen, you can bet she's solved every problem you've had. When not making dreams come true, you can find Danielle exploring far corners of the globe with her husband and 11 year old son.

Jillian Mills
Director of Events
Since relocating to Colorado in 2009, Jillian has been at the heart of Aspen's vibrant event scene. With extensive experience managing sales, marketing, and operations for iconic venues like the Wheeler Opera House, Belly Up Aspen, and the Aspen Institute, she brings a wealth of expertise to every project. One of her favorite quotes is from Walt Disney: "It's kind of fun to do the impossible." When she’s not busy planning Kalos Aspen's next event, Jillian enjoys exploring the mountains with her husband and their 4-year-old son—though keeping up with them is often the real challenge!

Nic Milton
Director of Property Management
"Nic can fix anything" is the comment most commonly heard when our clients talk about our resident English chap. Known for his exceptional skill in troubleshooting technical, mechanical, and electrical systems, Nic has earned a reputation as the go-to person for resolving even the most complex issues in our clients' homes. But his dedication doesn't stop there. As a devoted member of the Aspen Fire Department, Nic is a local hero, helping keep Aspen and his family—his wife and two kids—safe.

Alfonso Hernandez Lemus

​Alfonso, a devoted family man, keeps busy with his wife and three young sons. His strong commitment to family naturally extends to his work, allowing him to quickly build trust and meaningful relationships with clients—many of whom say he cares for their homes as if they were his own. In his free time, Alfonso enjoys being outdoors with his family, whether it's playing soccer, fishing, or hiking with his boys.

Amber Doherty
Business Support and Field Operations Manager
Raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, Amber spent the first half of her life immersed in ballet—where a love for drama, elegance, and precision took root. That eye for beauty and thoughtful detail now shapes everything she does, always aiming to add something special.
Today, Amber has traded pointe shoes for mountain life, raising two wonderful kids with her husband while building a career that reflects her high standards and deep appreciation for the lifestyle and natural beauty of the mountains.

Evan Siverhus
Property Manager
​Originally from Wisconsin, Evan grew up in a lively family with an identical twin and younger twin brothers. After a few adventurous years working on sailboats in Santa Barbara, he is excited to be back in the Roaring Fork Valley. A natural problem solver, Evan enjoys finding creative solutions at work and making the most of mountain life. When not working, you’ll likely find Evan skiing or fly fishing on the local rivers.

Trey Robinson
Property Manager
A lifelong resident of the Roaring Fork Valley, Trey brings a detail-oriented and grounded approach to every aspect of homeownership. He provides hands-on, thoughtful support in both real estate and property management, with extensive knowledge of the operational needs of luxury homes. Trey's calm demeanor and clear communication make him a trusted resource for homeowners, whether he's overseeing a property or guiding them through a real estate transaction. Outside of work, Trey enjoys the peace of the mountains, spending his free time skiing, bowhunting, and fly fishing in the area he’s always called home.

Daniel Villa
Property Manager
A former banker, long distance runner and physics enthusiast from the bustling city life in California to the magical Rockies in Colorado, Daniel is a high achiever driven by producing maximum purposeful results who loves to talk everything from emerging markets to quantum field theory. In his spare time, he enjoys all physical outdoor activities and his hobbies include photography and modeling. If you happen to see him at the Aspen Center for Physics on Wednesdays for public lecture feel free to say hi, pull up a chair and enjoy geeking out over quantum mechanics together!

Mark Nussmeier
Operations Assistant
Mark is a local musician who’s been entertaining the Roaring Fork Valley for over 20 years. With two decades of experience in hospitality, property management, and real estate, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a laid-back vibe to everything he does. Mark is deeply committed to being present for his family and spends his free time paddle boarding on the serene waters of the Roaring Fork Valley and hiking with his 11-year-old son. At Kalos, Mark wears many hats throughout the year, lending a hand anywhere he is needed!

Francisca Martinez Marquez

With Francisca in charge, we rest easy knowing anything left in her hands will be completed with the finest attention to detail. Francisca, the most zen member of the team, keeps us all laughing with her hilarious sound effect impressions. Her true desire to care for the people around her ensures your every need is attended to- all with a smile on her face. In her free time, Francisca's passion transfers to caring for her three beautiful children and husband.

Mother of 4, who knows where Amelia finds energy to ensure perfection in each of our client's homes! Amelia's patience and kind soul shines on her staff, creating a warm and inviting work environment. With many years of housekeeping in luxury homes, Amelia is an expert at ensuring the highest level of service. In her free time, Amelia spends time soothing her soul keeping active in the great outdoors.
